New to Yoga or just like some long holds instead of vinyasa, this is your class.  Working on alignment and modifying postures to make them right for your body, this class utilizes long holds to build strength and to release tension.

Traditional Yoga

 A  class free of music and distraction.  Come out and do your practice without interruption or assists from the yoga teacher.  Verbal cues and adjustments given, some experience with yoga would be helpful in this style of class.  Deeper aspects of yoga are taught including breath, meditation and yoga wisdom studies

A free meditation group held every week.  Stay after the traditional class or come just to meditation group.

All Levels Flow

 A flow class for all levels.  A little experience with yoga can be helpful.  This class moves from posture to posture using the breath.  Teacher flows with  the class.  Modification are given throughout as well as cuing to increase difficulty or adapt for a gentler practice
